Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders of 2,000 TL and above. For orders under 2,000 TL, the shipping fee is displayed at the checkout step.

2. Delivery Time

• Preparation Time: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: After shipping, it will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days.
• Total Time: On average, your order will be in your hands within 2-5 business days.

3. Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be displayed on the My Orders page in your account. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website using this number.

4. Delivery Address

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified. For address changes, you must contact us before the order is shipped.

5. Things to Note When Receiving

• Check the outer packaging when receiving the parcel.
• If there is damage or crushing, have a report prepared in the presence of the courier.
• Contact us within 3 days for damaged product delivery.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If you are not at your address, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts are sent to the warehouse and you will be contacted.
